LI Chamber

Long Island is home to a diverse variety of businesses. Chambers of Commerce throughout the Island cater to these businesses by encouraging regional economic development, providing business opportunities and acting as a liaison with local government. Many Chambers also reach out to local schools, organizations and residents. The mission of Chamber dot LI is to help Long Island's Chambers of Commerce by encouraging mutually-beneficial joint ventures.

In cases where towns share a common chamber, each town is listed separately and each is directed to the shared chamber website. For example, Westbury and Carle Place share a common Chamber of Commerce, so both and point to the same website.

Some business areas of Long Island are covered by a local Business Improvement District (BID) instead of a Chamber of Commerce. For consistency a BID can be found in the same manner as the Chambers. For example, the Cedarhurst Business Improvement District can be found through
